Newborn Session Fees

Newborn Packages – (baby must be  between 3-20 days old so please book a tentative place around your 12 or 20 week scan)

My newborn sessions have become incredibly popular due to my relaxing home studio and my baby led approach to your session.  My focus is to plan your session around your tiny person’s little personality,  sleep and feeding schedule to give you a varied and full gallery.

I will tailor your newborn session to suit your style. Do you like vintage? Shabby chic or natural without too many props?  About a month before your session we will meet at my studio for a cup of tea and biscuits so that you can pick out some props and tell me your style.

I’m a mother myself and I know after having both my children how much forward planning is required to make even a short trip when they are only a few days or weeks old… I could not imagine trying to drag my sleep deprived self or my baby down to a studio to have an early start at an exact deadline, which is why I give you a rough time to get here as I know that arriving at an exact time with a newborn is a mission when you are a new parent.

I like my sessions to be stress free and fun so my home studio is warm and cosy with where you can help yourself to tea, coffee and soft drinks, relax, snooze, eat, catch up on emails, and finally catch a breath since the first time your baby was born!  The kettle and couch are never far away. I'm not sure if it's my love for children or my instinctive need to feed my creative spirit that sparked my interest in photography but I remember as a teenager always wanting to photograph my small cousins and baby brother. They were always in front of the camera as I tried out new lenses and poses.

Now a mother myself, I've developed an even stronger artistic passion. I was told many times how quickly they grow up but it's not until you become a parent yourself do you see just how quick that process is. Photography has become a way for me to document my children as they are right now, capturing every wonderful detail of babyhood and childhood.
